Course Ratings
Every
fall we rank the top ten public golf courses in Hawaii and
many States and Provinces. We look especially for ratings
from recreational golfers. These rankings are combined with
our staff ratings, and finally golf digest rankings to come
up with our top ten. We are currently expanding our ratings
eastward. To see the most recent rankings for each state and

here.
If
you have a golf course that you would like to rate from any
states or provinces, including Hawaii. Please use the following
criteria to score the course from 1 to 5 in each area below:
Visual
Appeal: how does the course appeal to the eye, does the
design keep you interested, are the holes unique from each
other?

Challenge
Level: does the course challenge and excite you, do you
have to play different shots, use most of your clubs, are
the greens interesting?

Conditioning: is the course well kept, grass healthy,
can you distinguish fairway from rough, are the greens healthy,
smooth and fast enough, is it well cared for and kept clean?

able to enjoy your round because the staff managed play and
